My client, an established concern with business units nationwide, is seeking to employ an Architectural Technologist. This position offers a unique opportunity to bring innovative designs to life while ensuring structural integrity, efficiency, and sustainability. Responsibilities inlude: Prepare concept design to final set of construction drawings to the specifications and requirements of the company. This includes accurate measurement and scoping of existing building for final as-built drawings. Ensure drawings are compliant with National Building Regulations SANS and other statutory construction requirements in respect of retail premises. Manage and submit constructions & signage drawing for council approval nationally, liaising with stake holders in the approval process, and obtaining occupation certificates as result. Manage Project Administration. Requirements for position: Tertiary qualification as Professional Architectural Technologist and SACAP registered. 5- years' experience as a Professional Architectural Technologist Proficiency in Revit LT Highly organised, deadline driven and accurate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license and own transport
