Reference: NEL011471-SH-1 Purpose: To lead store teams, drive turnover, ensure profitability, control expenses, manage stock, and maintain high store standards in line with operational excellence. Requirements: - Grade 12 or equivalent. - Qualification in retail/sales/business management. - Minimum 3 years in an Area Manager/Senior Managerial role. - Experience in the fashion/retail environment; fragrances and cosmetics beneficial. - Valid driver's license; willingness to travel.
