Minimum Requirements Matric or N2 Certificate. Applicable experience, process plants & mining environment. Maintenance Skills. First Aid Certificate an advantage. Self-motivated, self-awareness and self-management. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Safety awareness. Honesty and integrity. Team-orientated and relationship building. Personal time management. Communication and interpersonal skills. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintaining zero harm to people and environment. Logging Safety and environmental incidents and close-out thereof. Achievement of production targets. Maintaining good housekeeping standards. Effective operation and utilization of process plant equipment.
