Collaborate with our clients in shaping their financial trajectory as we seek an energetic Assistant Accountant to infuse dynamic vitality into a Property industry. As the Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for the below: Capture, verify, and process creditor invoices daily, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and contracts. Load invoices into payment batches, validate documentation, and submit for approval fortnightly. Conduct creditor reconciliations, resolve issues, and submit reports monthly. Process the cash book weekly, ensuring accurate allocations and timely submissions. Administer internal financial processes, identify, and report issues monthly. Prepare and update monthly bank and Group bank balances. Support financial report presentations and annual financial statements development. Aid the finance department, maintain supplier lists, and coordinate banking administration. Handle ad hoc business requests. Job Experience and Skills Required:Completed Diploma in Accounting and related field.5 years’ experience in a similar role in finance.Experience in the Property industry preferred.Must be willing to travel.
