This for a head office owned outlets and there is great growth potential Open and close the store on time Ordering of stock Checking stoack deliveries against invoices Daily stock takes Full monthly stock takes Cashing up and depositing of monies regularly during each day to balance to daily takings Supervise and motivate staff Marking attendance register and time sheets daily Control of equipment (clean and in working order) Hygiene - promot health and safety standards Ensure excellent service to customers Ensure quality products to customers Ensure cost effective runing of store Be sure all staff are properly trained Assist all staff to follow correct procedures Be able to work long hours and shifts Handle customer complaints Issue warning to staff members Assist in the training of employees Be responsible for the full function of the store being machinery, man power, monies, merchandies and marketing Maintain team work at all time Matric Minimum of 2 years Management expereince in the Fast Food Industry (Essential) Own car and Drivers (Advantage) Located and living in JHB (Essential) Good communication skills SA Citizen Clear criminal record R13282 (Basic) R1207 (Travel Allowance) R569 (Food Allowance) R100 (Laundary Allowance)
