Our client based in Stellenbosch is looking for an Assistant Spa Manager with extensive experience in beauty therapy and previous managerial experience. A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Beauty BASIC SALARY : Market Related START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Relevant qualification in aesthetics - Masters Diploma in Aesthetician; ITEC; CIDESCO or SAAHSP 2 – 3 years’ experience as a senior beauty therapist in a managerial position. Previous managerial experience in a spa or beauty salon setting. Practical experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies, advanced facials, and holistic body treatments Passionate about healing and wellness Basic computer skills Well-groomed Excellent interpersonal and communication skills DUTIES: Assist the Spa Manager in daily operations and management tasks Ensure the smooth running of spa treatments and services Supervise spa staff and provide guidance and support as needed Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa Handle client inquiries, bookings, and complaints in a professional manner Assist in inventory management and stock control Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth Stay updated on industry trends and developments to enhance service offerings Perform any other duties as assigned by the Spa Manager HOURS: Shift Work Should you meet all the requirements, apply on our website at www.statusstaffing.com today.
