Associate Partner / Partner - Labour - Johannesburg
Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes):
- Admitted attorney with a minimum of 8 years post admission experience;
- Excellent Communication (written and verbal) skills;
- Must be able to work autonomously and/or be able to work in a team;
- Must have strong litigious experience (appearing in employment tribunals: disciplinary hearings, CCMA, Labour Court, etc.);
- Persuasive Writing Skills (drafting of inter alia, opinions, correspondence, etc.);
- Must be able to draft own pleadings
- Must be able to work with and without counsel
- Excellent Research Skills;
- Time Management Skills;
- Emotional Intelligence;
- Interpersonal Skills;
- Leadership Skills;
- Presentation Skills;
- Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills; and
- Project Management Skills
