Associate System Support Engineer (VAS, Financial Services & Cellular) - Cape Town City Centre
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for VAS systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VAS platforms.
- Monitor system performance and generate improvement reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver VAS requirements.
- Conduct system audits and maintenance to ensure data integrity and security.
- Assist in deploying and integrating new VAS features and services.
- Document support processes and provide user training on VAS systems.

- Telecommunications Infrastructure
- Security and Compliance Systems
- Integration Middleware
- Relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in technical support or engineering, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of VAS systems and applications.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
- Familiarity with database management and network systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in the Cape Town Southern Suburbs for at least 3 days a week.
- Experience with integration and deployment of VAS, Financial Services and Cellular Services features.
- Knowledge of security protocols and data protection practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
