To ensure that machine performance targets are met by conducting Preventative maintenance, Predictive maintenance and Corrective maintenance (Breakdowns). To take initiatives for improvements in processes for quality & cost benefits of plant and ensuring the machine throughput to potential is met. Conduct preventive maintenance schedules, preventive and predictive inspections, and repairs to minimize down time Conduct spot checks to ensure the PM completed is done thoroughly Conduct root cause analysis of downtime issues to prevent recurrence (4D process) Ensure a minimum of 1 Kaizen per month is adhered to and communicated to your superior. Work with ME/PE to launch new programs or equipment, optimize floor layouts, coordinate equipment refurbishment, and develop standardized PM programs from FMEAs Execute prioritized daily maintenance activities (predictive, preventive and crisis maintenance) To execute planned work for shutdown maintenance and weekend maintenance Trade Test Experience: 5 years technical work experience in the Automotive industry and troubleshooting in a Manufacturing environment on Automation controls of Spotwelding Robots Co² Robots Progression Weld Machines (Pedestals) Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logics and subsequently Programming on PLC's. (Robots & Presses)
