We are looking for a dynamic and experienced UC on-site engineer to joun a leading telecommunications company based in Johannesburg Management of client Skype for Business deployment Polycom On-premise VC Infrastructure monitoring, management and scheduling UC/AV First Line Support and conference assistance for all users, nationally. Troubleshooting and repairing of faulty solutions Management of all Boardrooms, including AV and VC equipment Implementation, testing and monitoring of Proof of Concept deployments All reporting required Responding to calls logged by users Providing remote/telephonic support Review, understand and enforce all policies and procedures outlined in the company`s Health and safety policy MANDOTARY SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 certificate Skype for Business implementation qualifications and provable track record. References of implementations will be required. Must have necessary knowledge of network and unified communications platforms Must be able to read and fully understand Schematic drawings and terminology and be able to support systems accordingly PREFERRED SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Polycom VC Infrastructure management knowledge (PCVE Qualification preferred) Knowledge of AV cable terminations Experience in AV/UC Support Good skills with hand tools R30k pm depending on experience
