Back Office Support Specialist –Durbanville - R 20 000 Per Month Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Equipment Provided: Office, VOIP telephone, laptop, cell phone Job Description: Seeking a Back Office Support Specialist to handle sales and administrative support tasks. Send email proposals to LinkedIn, Facebook, and other contacts. Follow up on emails within a week with a call to arrange meetings. Daily follow-ups on new LinkedIn connections with email and call. Post daily advertisements on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Assist with daily medical and private client quotes; liaise with customers. Conduct ad hoc sales-related administrative tasks. Assist with logistics for nationwide rental and sales transactions. Engage in new sales/rental activities to support growth. Perform targeted cold calls for specific projects. Assist with monthly Medical Aid billing. Liaise during order, delivery, and installation processes. Maintain and perform weekly checks on a quote register. Track agent activities and marketing efforts weekly and monthly. Coordinate with Management on proposal sends, quote requests, and responses. Cover national customer engagement via phone and email. Set up VOIP telephone on your laptop/PC; equipment provided. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with social media platforms and adept at online searching. Capable of working methodically and with attention to detail. Maintains professionalism at all times. Tech-savvy. Capable of following instructions with minimal oversight. Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
