Perform tasks such as soldering, stone setting, polishing, and finishing to achieve the desired quality and finish. Interpret jewelry designs and specifications to ensure accurate production. Collaborate with designers and other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to jewelry production and quality control. Proven experience as a Jewelry Bench Worker, Bench Jeweler, or similar role. Relevent tertiary qualification is essential Proficiency in jewelry making techniques, including soldering, stone setting, and polishing. Ability to work with various metals and gemstones with precision and attention to detail. Knowledge of jewelry design principles and manufacturing processes. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
