The key responsibility is to manage bid processes to ensure that a properly considered and co-ordinated bid can be presented for adjudication as well as manage and control over sales agreements. Role description Administer, coordinating and controlling of bids processes. Attend tender briefing meetings. Ensure correct interpretation and translations of tender documents and contracts and where applicable source additional legal opinion. Ensuring contractual compliance with customer agreements. Ensure sufficient information is received from clients. Tracing project deliverables between Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal and Administration departments. Administering and controlling of all sales agreements Calculate and have bid prices approved. Maintain updated price list. Managing the guarantees including letters of credit. Managing sales admin staff. Desired Skills: legal acumen contract escalation contracts management bids management engineering manufacturing management and leadership legal qualification Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Middle / Department Management Desired Qualification Level: Degree About The Employer: Our client is part of a multinational group with two manufacturing facilities in SA. the core business is within rail engineering manufacturing.
