If you are immediately available and have experience in VAT and withholding Tax in the billing department, then apply now Qualifications: BCom Accounting or equivalent or, ICM level 5 Skills: Advanced Excel 3e VAT and Withholding Tax experience 5 years' experience in the Billing space. Experience from a legal environment will be highly beneficial Job description: Duties will include but are not limited to: Managing rates on 3e and working closely with business partners Liaising with relevant parties to ensure rate agreements are reviewed timeously and that client rebate database is immediately updated Strong understanding of local and global client rate agreements Preparing monthly billing forecast following discussions with fee earners Preparing and processing bills in 3e, ensuring time and disbursements are accurately charged and allocate with correct taxes and recorded on the billings Take responsibility for e-billing including liaising with various teams Responsible for ensuring AR targets are achieved and maintained Please visit our website www.theworkingearth.co.za to submit your CV directly or to view other jobs.
