An exciting opportunity has become available within the energy industry, for a Boiler Sales / Hire Specialist The position is based in Alberton, Johannesburg. As Boiler Sales and Hire Specialist, your primary purpose is to build and convert a Sales Pipeline, on both volume and price point metrics in line with the sales and pricing strategy agreed with the Head of Business Development, that consistently results in signed projects that enable the Cash Projects division to meet its monthly and annual targets – on a Gross Profit level. Develop client relationships that are mutually beneficial Set and achieve sales target and assist other departments to achieve their targets Take a lead on customer interactions, from the initial enquiry to the project completion and beyond Convince clients of the best solutions Play a leading role in quoting on projects Play a leading role in project planning, through close liaison and interaction with operational teams Manage client expectations and contribute to maximising profitability on projects or manufactured products Support the rest of the sales team Increase market presence by developing and implementing appropriate sales and marketing strategies Support the marketing department in streamlining the customer contact process Contribute positively to the company's goal and vision Perform such other duties and goals as the Company may reasonably be required from time to time Matric / Equivalent BTech or N6 Certificate 2 years' experience in the industry of boiler sales 2 years proven track record in commodity sales environment Proficient in MS Office and MS Projects Proficient in Netsuite Loves engaging with clients and making mutually beneficial deals Negotiation and Sales skills Ability to work under pressure Excellent Communication & People Skills Strong commercial acumen Proactively accept responsibility Ability to develop strong relationships with clients Ability to respond to enquiries quickly and accurately
