BCom or Finance Diploma, or similar qualification.

Excellent communication skills with parents and pupils are necessary, along with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Manager
Assisting the Finance Manager and Principal in budgeting and forecasting
Monitoring expenditure and managing petty cash
Collecting outstanding accounts and allocating payments
Generating financial reports for Head Office
Invoicing and bank reconciliations
Addressing billing and account queries with parents
Handling invoice approvals and payments
Supporting with payroll tasks
