BOOKKEEPER (SAGE ONLINE ACCOUNTING) URGENT IMMEDIATE POSITION AVAILABLE IN FOURWAYS AREA Qualifications and Skills Minimum 6 years bookkeeping experience essential Sage Online Accounting & Payroll experience required Very good Microsoft Excel skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Able to interact with people/clients Able to comply with deadlines and goal driven Own Transport Essential The successful candidate will be responsible for: Processing of cashbook transactions daily Allocation of transaction to correct ledger accounts Mapping and managing bank feeds, ensuring balances agree to bank Accurate referencing and correct narration for all transactions Processing and account allocation of supplier payments and debtor receipts Handling the full creditors function Liaising with suppliers, reconciling, investigating price and quantity variances on invoices and requesting credit notes from suppliers where required Completing cash flow schedules for creditor payments Managing and controlling new supplier applications Accurately preparing monthly reconciliations of creditors accounts statements against the Payables Age Analysis Handling the full debtors function Performing debtors reconciliations and assisting to resolve queries Liaising with client, reconciling, chasing outstanding debts Completing cash flow schedules for debtors receipts Accurately preparing monthly reconciliations of debtors accounts statements against the Receivables Age Analysis General Bookkeeping function Inter Company Transactions Assist with preparation of VAT reports Assist with preparation of Management accounts Payroll Function Sage Payroll processing & Payroll Journals Leave Processing Submission of EMP /IRP5 / SARS Efiling Preparing COIDA reports Preparing UI-19 as required Minimum requirements for the role: A diploma or related qualification (work experience) is essential for this role 6 years experience with creditors, debtors and cashbook processing Bookkeeeping to Trial Balance Microsoft Excel skills (advanced) Previous experience with SAGE Online Accounting and Payroll Online system is essential not negotiable Offering R16 500 to R 20 500 cost to Company - depending on expereince Flexi Hours Work from Home 2 days a week (hybrid option) post 3 month probation period
