Namlog seeks experienced individual for our Gqeberha branch and will be responsible for the administration for the branch. Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Daily updating of the delivery performance on the client's in-house system. Achieving and maintaining Customer SLA's as per contractual agreement. Time keeping, ensure all drivers and floor staff are on time and report any absent staff members. Capture and file fuel slips daily. Preparation of Labour Broker timesheets and submissions. Updating the Staff Register including PPE, Licenses and PDP's. Assist the Operations department with all admin related tasks. Daily freight on floor scrutiny and LMS Capture. Assist the branch manager with filing ops documents and reports. Capturing of POD Information on the LMS system, batching of original POD documents and filling per client. Confirm deliveries with drivers. Update Account Executives on delivery success and failures. Facilitate all deliveries, including specials ex Branch to local and over boarder and follow up on PODs thereafter. Interacting with the branches regarding queries or complaints. Answering all calls coming in on the reception desk, forwarding calls to relevant staff members, taking messages and assist customers with queries. Booking collections for Customers and confirming collections with suppliers and clients via phone and email. Arrange all specials with Specials department during the day. Grade 12 certificate or equivalent. Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Transport Management related qualification. Minimum of 4 years' experience in the transport industry, with minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. Knowledge of LMS, MS Word/Excel. Strong inter-personal skills. Ability to build good working relationships. Possess well-developed communication skills. Be methodical and well organized with an analytical and enquiring mind.
