The core purpose of the Branch Manager is to effectively manage the operations and employees of the branch as to ensure excellent customer service internally and externally is delivered, resulting in optimal recovery ratios being achieved of auctioned off vehicles. The incumbent must be able to analyse dashboards and statistics to translate into daily action plans in line with sales and operational requirements of the branch. Ensure that theft to stock and damages are minimal to the branch operation, whilst maintain the highest health and safety standards. Maintain excellent customer service levels at the branch, ensuring that the desired client base is achieved and maintained. General Responsibilities: Effectively supervise the operations and employees of the branch as to offer excellent internal and external customer service Ensure yard is clean and no loose parts are lying around, weed removal is done and grass is short and rubbish removal is done Ensure that all fences are in working order, and no breach has occurred by walking of branch perimeter each day Ensure company assets are kept safe and in always working condition Assist with stock control to ensure stock is well maintained with no additional damages or theft of the stock, reporting of any incidents immediately to your manager Supervise the security company and resolve any issues with them Timeously attend to all customer queries as to bring about an income generating resolution Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures at the branch Human Resources: Overall management of branch employees to ensure optimum performance, attendance and customer excellence Ensure that all employees are properly trained and performance appraisals are timeously completed and appropriately used as a development tool Compliance: Ensure that all employees understand the health and safety requirements and that all requirements are complied with at all times Ensure that FIC and POPIA Compliance are always adhered to Ensure that all irregular behaviour is reported and correctly responded to - 5 Years operational managerial skills Good communication skills Excellent professional work standard experience Advanced outlook and excel experience Good interpersonal skills Problem solver Self-motivated and deadline driven, be able to multitask and perform in a pressured environment Own transport Market related Apply Now
