Required Qualifications Graphics design 3-year course or equivalent degree. Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects. Technical Competencies & Experience: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with 3D rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus. Create engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Produce print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials. Conduct research to stay updated on design trends, packaging innovations, and competitor strategies. Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are delivered within specified timelines. Design eye-catching artwork for 3D packaging, incorporating brand guidelines and industry trends. Behavioural Competencies: Excellent communication skills – verbal & written.
