Job Location Rivonia-Johannesburg Do you want to lead marketing and commercial plans for one of our billion-dollar brands? Working in brand management at Procter & Gamble means being a total business owner- not just a marketer. You will be the vision and strategy behind your brand- developing marketing plans and driving innovation. You will work with a large cross-functional team to identify consumers, shoppers, and customer insights and execute marketing tactics that will continue to grow your brand profitably. The Brand Management function produces the majority of the company's General Managers as well as future CEO's of P&G. Marketing at P&G is about growing our Brands, Business, and People. You will help us remain on the state of marketing, helping us find new and exciting ways to reach consumers. Your team As a Brand Manager, you are joining a marketing team, and reporting to the Marketing director. How success looks like Our assignments offer you the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business while you continue to build your analytical, technical, and leadership skills. You will work as the Marketing leader on a team with representatives from various other functions. You will play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business. Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed quarterly. Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching. Job Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor degree in any field with an excellent academic background Must have proven success from school or part-time work experience of strong leadership capabilities Have strong analytical thinking and skills Curious individuals who can make complex decisions using all the data available but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
