If yes, then MiWay is the place for you Minimum Qualification Required NQF4/150 FAIS Credits/Matric/Standard 10 RE 5 Minimum Experience Minimum 3 years Insurance administrative experience Exposure to the broker or dealer servicing environment Minimum 3 years Personal Lines Underwriting experience Deliverables include, but will not be limited to Attend to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and Broker Clients Assist with amendments to client’s policies Provide brokers with constant feedback on queries Attend to QA corrections as identified by the QA department Competencies Required Organized Self-disciplined Self-motivated Analytical Attention to detail Excellent administrative Skills Good communication skills Able to work flexible hours Customer focus Active listening skills Results oriented Team work Follow up – (must be able to establish procedures to monitor that, which has been promised anddelivered) Good MS Office skills Ability to plan and manage time efficiently What will you do? Responsible for inbound/outbound telephonic communication with client base. Ensures the quality of service exceeds customer expectations and establishes constructive relationships with client base. Utilises IT system accurately and ensures that all queries are answered effectively. Refers calls to appropriate departments only if unable to solve query appropriately. Provides accurate product information to clients in line with standards and protocols.
