ROLE: Property Broker Liaison

Purpose of the Role: This position is to secure Retail Space nationally.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and experience : retail leasing, and commercial property.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Organizational and time management skills
Previous experience as a commercial or industrial property broker is highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
Strong understanding of the industrial real estate market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Own Vehicle is essential

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in all areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, and industry professionals.
Conduct market research, analyze data, and stay updated on industry trends to provide accurate and insightful advice to clients.
Negotiate lease and sale agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the entire transaction process.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
