Job Description and Summary We are looking for dynamic and motivated Estate Agents to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets. As an estate agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell or rent properties and provide exceptional customer service. Duties & Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Search for and show properties to prospective buyers or tenants. Provide guidance and advice to clients on property prices, market conditions, and legal requirements. Develop and maintain a network of contacts. Generate leads and expand client base. Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and contracts. Negotiate sales contracts and rental agreements on behalf of clients. Conduct property valuations and market analysis to determine correct pricing. Stay up to date on real estate trends, regulations, and market conditions. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other professionals such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, and home inspectors to facilitate transactions. Educational Qualifications Minimum Matric. Candidates with banking, legal, teaching or nursing backgrounds usually make good estate agents.
