Our client medium sized contractor requires a site foreman , candidates should have at least 7 years site experience , must have had exposure to stand alone luxury residential projects, mostly along the Atlantic Seaboard.
Duties
- Manage resources on site
- Manage sub contractors
- Quality assurance
- Adhere to programme
- Safety adherence
- Follow instructions from site manager
- General site tidiness and organization.
