BUILDING FOREMAN - DURBAN - Durban
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced BUILDING FOREMAN for a growing concern, position based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid drivers license / own vehicle.
Building or BTech QA qualification.
5+ yrs previous working experience in a similar position.
Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Ability to read drawings.
Estimating.
Pricing of tenders.
Preparing scope of work.
Preparing quotations for approval.
Site visits.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Salary package offered: - To be discussed
