Well established and reputable commercial and industrial construction company located in Morningside, Durban seeks a Junior Quantity Surveyor with a ND Building or BTech QS qualification and at least 2 years' experience in this role. Must be able to project manage and have excellent communication skills. Must have a valid drivers' license. Estimating Pricing of tenders Preparing scope of work Costings Procurement of materials and labour Preparing quotations for approval Project management Site visits ND Building or BTech QS qualification At least 2 years' experience as a Junior QS Excellent communication and time management skills Proficient on Word and Excel Please note that only suitably qualified candidates will be contacted.
