Description Business Analyst required in Woodmead for a 5 month Contract role. This role assists with the timely and accurate reporting of financial performance of the South Africa business, together with all budgeting and forecast work flows to ensure management has clear visibility of past, current and anticipated future performance. The Business Analyst will work alongside Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure clarity and transparency on sales performance, and the link to net revenue generation, and on driving cost optimisation initiatives across the business. The Business Analyst will also establish strong working relationships with counterparts in other African markets and will be a best practice champion for the Group reporting principles, providing guidance and support and rolling out best practice initiatives across the region. The Business Analysis team is also responsible for consolidating the Africa region performance and collaborating with their counterparts in other markets to identify risks to delivery of targets and opportunities to mitigate those risks. Requirements: Qualified and currently enrolled in accounting post graduate certification i.e. CIMA, CA(SA) or other recognised certification Minimum 2-5 years financial reporting, report writing and analytical experience Experience in FMCG environment Knowledge and experience of database management & BI (Business Intelligence) applications/tools Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
