The ideal candidate will offer expert guidance and advice in developing operational implementation plans and service delivery processes related to technology solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, optimal profitability, minimize the risk and compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements Convert business requirements into IT specifications for detailed design and implementation Facilitate regular communication between project stakeholders and IT Team to ensure clear and accurate design requirements are met Implement business processes with supporting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within relevant business practice framework. Analyse and report on process performance and risks to identify potential improvement initiatives Test, monitor and report on data and information related to implemented business solutions Design complex solutions according to client requirements Test complex configured technology solutions Compile business requirement and system design specifications for solutions aimed at improving buisness processes. Analyse relevant business intelligence to identify, justify and drive continuous improvement initiatives for clients and customers Diploma in Information Technology l Engineering or similar 3 - 5 years experience in a logistics environment - Warehousing functions (Preferable)
