Duties:

Strong business analysis skills with exposure to business intelligence and analytics
Understand and document business requirements and business processes
Provide input and document proposed services and solutions to meet the business requirements
Understand and document data requirements for the project
End to end data migration from existing catalogue to align to new career architecture
Data mapping, analysis, reconciling data outliers
Completing data gaps
Interpreting and structuring data sets
Addressing specific business challenges with analytical solutions
Working with other departments to understand their data needs and help them make informed decisions
Preparing compelling reports and presentations to communicate data insights and findings to stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree or relevant business-related tertiary qualification or a recognised BA/ Data certification
10+ years relevant experience as a business analyst
Strong data analysis experience
System Documentation experience
Data knowledge and experience
Exposure to Business Intelligence and analytics
Human Capital experience (advantage)
Insurance industry experience (Advantage)
Experience on Human Capital systems (Advantage)
