Our client provides a modernized door-to-door distribution service of Medical ancillary equipment and IP for clinical trials. They are looking for a personable and hard-working individual to join their sales team. Working closely with the Director of Partnerships who is responsible for business development and growth globally, the incumbent will be expected to ensure meetings are set up with potential clients and ensure that client relationships are maintained. This role will provide the incumbent the opportunity to earn commission on top of a basic salary. On a practical level, this role involves: Researching quality leads/potential clients using internal processes and partner websites Organizing leads on a spreadsheet and finding suitable contacts for each potential client Reaching out to leads, via LinkedIn, email and phone, to arrange meetings for managers Follow up after meetings to close deals Inputting of data and cross checking of leads through Client Relationship Management (CRM) Systems Preparing reports to identify standings in accordance with meeting targets Qualifications and experience: Good High School results with passes for all subjects University/College Degree of any background with all subjects passed advantageous Cold-calling, sales experience or general working experience beneficial Skillset and desired competencies: Excellent use of the English language, both written and verbal Personable, engaging and professional Excellent organization and time-management skills Persistent and following up consistently Excellent phone and e-mail etiquette Driven to succeed and a quick learner Resilient, ability to withstand rejection and sales-driven Flexible working times based on the region you are assigned to Target-driven and money-driven mentality seeking rewarding results See Description See Description
