We are looking for individuals who would like to reimagine their future in a rapidly expanding company. Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 FAIS Credits (minimum 30 credits in short-term insurance if appointed before 2010); or a full recognized qualification as per FSCA qualification list if appointed on or after 01/01/2010 FAIS Regulatory Examination for Representatives (RE5) 12 CPD (Continuous Professional Development) points Minimum of 3 years' experience in selling short-term insurance as a broker agent or tied agent All required regulatory exams and accreditation Proof of commission earnings for one year (minimum R10,000 per month) Own vehicle and a valid driver's license Responsibilities: Generate enough leads to secure at least 10 client quotes per week and 40 per month. Achieve a minimum of 8.5 written policies per month. Maintain and update the Lead Generation Matrix on a weekly basis. Contact clients to conduct proper needs analyses and offer professional advice once a quote is requested. Sign up a minimum of 5 active lead referral agents. Complete weekly reports detailing leads, quotes, sales, sources of leads, average premium, total premium, and other relevant information as required. Stay informed on product comparisons with competitors' products. Keep up to date with Momentum Insure product changes and enhancements. Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations, professional guidelines, and ethics. Maintain appropriate skills and knowledge to provide specialist, professional advice in all relevant business areas. Adhere to the required dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
