Offices in London, Dubai, Singapore, Kl and HK Key Responsibilities, Requirements & Skill • Identify potential investors and Develop relationships with potential investors. • Organise and promote Seminars/networking events in the field, attend events to promote property investment opportunities to potential clients. • Keep up to date with changes in the property investment industry and ongoing sales training. • 5 years Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or account management. • Excellent research and data analysis skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Identify creative solutions. • An existing, or emerging sales professional. The Role Marketing UK property to expatriates and HNW investors whilst living/working out of Malaysia. Can you build relationships and are you good at closing deals? This is the first step in moving into direct sales. We are looking for Business development executives to join our dynamic property investment team. You will be responsible for creating leads and appointments for our sales director. Building strong and meaningful relationships with potential clients, driving business growth and creating long-term value. You should be a creative problem-solver with an outgoing personality and the ability to think outside the box. A well-defined six-month sales and product training program is in place to assist you in moving to the next level of earnings and seniority as quickly as possible. • 5 years Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or account management. • Excellent research and data analysis skills. Identify creative solutions. • An existing, or emerging sales professional Salary & Benefits • Salary; £2000 per month. (Approximately R47,952 monthly, at today's conversion rate) • Accommodation paid in Kuala Lumpur. • Return flights. • GBP £5,000.00 per month, attainable commissions, based on your performance. • All in a 10% tax environment.
