Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our recruitment services team. Based in South Africa, you will be responsible for making 50-60 calls a day to companies in the UK, selling our recruitment services. This role is heavily focused on cold calling and requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Make 50-60 calls daily to potential clients in the UK to introduce and sell our recruitment services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
- Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to decision-makers.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, customer needs, and potential improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Education: Grade 12
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Resilience: High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
- Self-Motivation: Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Remote Work: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
