Identify and target potential clients within the recruitment industry. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
