Business Development Manager - Software Sales
Our client, the sole reseller of this software solution in South Africa is expanding at a rapid rate and is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their flourishing sales team. The BDM will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth through software sales.
Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Work closely with the Lead Generation team to identify new sales opportunities.
Drive the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure, effectively managing sales pipelines and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to formulate successful sales strategies.
If you have a minimum of 3 years successful Software Sales experience in a B2B environment and are comfortable presenting to C-suite and other senior public sector decision-makers, we are looking forward to receiving your application as soon as possible!
