We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, business development, and a deep understanding of technology-driven solutions. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing customized solutions to meet client needs. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations that align with client requirements. Negotiate and close business deals that meet strategic objectives and financial targets. Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our client base. Prepare regular reports and updates for management on sales and business development activities. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the technology, systems knowledge, or security industry. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive business development plans. Solid understanding of market research and analysis. Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
