Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients Purpose: To promote company brands and products within a specific geographic area by visiting Liquor outlets (mostly Off Trade outlets) as per a contracted call cycle to increase visibility and with the aim of driving increased sales. Job Summary: Develop and manage sound customer relationships Educate consumers regarding company brands Drive distribution i.e. availability Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries Manage sales administration requirements i.e. prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports Visit customers as per a fix contracted call cycle Implementation of the company way of selling Negotiate displays and pricing Ensure the implementation of the Sales Drivers Implement promotions and Point of sale/merchandising in store Skills Required: Strong sales skills and experience Sound communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate in English Strong negotiating, relationship building and networking skills Must have a passion for interacting with customers and a passion for customer service Must be self-motivated, innovative and self-driven Must be a South African citizen Minimum Requirements: Matric/Grade 12, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous At least 2 years relevant experience in FMCG Experience in the Liquor industry will be advantageous Computer literate on an advanced level Must have a valid driver's license without endorsements as well have own vehicle Availability for frequent business travel and overnight stay
