Our client is actively looking for a talented, vibrant, and highly motivated Team Leader/Business Development Head who will grow the customer base by continually seeking new opportunities through identifying and developing new customers, representing the company as a brand ambassador. Responsibilities Grow active customer base by 20 per month for the team. Successfully recruit 3 additional Customer Sales Consultants in 2025. Achieve monthly and annual targets. Ensure customer data is maintained and kept up-to-date with the relevant information. Comply with the company's system of reporting daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures and activities, and comply fully with all tasks given in this reporting system. Establish and keep an up-to-date planning system for all customers which complies with company standards and is accessible and must be maintained on a daily basis. Develop new customers within the territory with the specific objective of maximizing the full potential of installation. Prospect 10 potential clients per month and convert them into increased business opportunities. Ensure business development in all relevant market segments are investigated and actioned. Lead, motivate and support a team of Customer Sales Consultants to achieve the group's monthly and annual budgets. Accountable for the sales growth, profit margins as well as customer balance growth of each individual member in your group. Drive the company's multichannel strategy within your group to ensure future prosperity. Manage, coach, and develop your sales team. Ensure all company communication is received by your sales team. Ensure your sales team is focused and implements the company's current focus topics. Complete all relevant administration tasks. Embrace all aspects of the company's culture and implement them in your daily activities by leading by example. Ensure a cohesive inter-departmental relationship is formed between the company and your sales team. Carry out market research and analysis of competitors to aid in developing new customers. Adhere to company price increases and authorization of price discounts within your sales team. Handle disciplinary issues in your group as and when required and carry out any disciplinary action required. Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs to ensure the development of customers within the Gauteng Region. Matric or equivalent. Completed or studying towards a marketing / business degree or diploma or have a proven track record with relevant experience will be advantageous. Must reside in mentioned location or surroundings.
