The BI Analyst will play a pivotal role in crafting and refining the company's BI infrastructure to align with their dynamic business requirements. This position entails crafting and managing tailored reports for diverse clientele, guaranteeing data precision, and furnishing actionable intelligence. The Analyst will serve as a cornerstone in dissecting, deciphering, and presenting data to fortify decision-making frameworks within the company's operational landscape.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases for operational support
Ensure data accuracy and integrity
Optimize database performance through advanced query tuning
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik, Excel, and Power Pivot
Ensure visualizations are accessible and actionable
Tailor reports to meet client-specific needs
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights
Provide actionable recommendations for business improvement
Enhance BI stack and stay updated with latest technologies
Implement best practices in data analytics and reporting
Translate business requirements into technical specifications

Collaborate with Head of BI to align initiatives with strategic objectives
