Seasoned Head of Butcheries in a Retail function is required for our fast growing and dynamic group with head office in kzn. Take accountability of 40 Butcheries across South Africa You must come from a Blue Chip National Retailer, Butchery division. Leadership skills are required to drive the team to increase overall profitability. Experienced in Research and development, Operations, Supply Chain and the entire Butchery Production cycle is a MUST. 10 to 15 years experience in Operations in the retail sector - 5 years or more as a executive for a Large retailer (Butchery). Proven Operations experience at a Senior Managerment / Executive level. Business acumen, stretegic, driven, Very experienced. Related Degree - MBA will be an advantage. Negotiable
