A beverage manufacturing company is in search for a skilled Buyer. This is a great opportunity for a procurement professional with experience in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials Source potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities Negotiate and enforce contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production team to ensure continues adequate stock of raw materials Collaborate with all teams to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs Implement cost saving measures to improve efficiency Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities Identity potential risks and opportunities by staying up to date with market trends Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field 7 years' experience as a Buyer or similar role within the manufacturing industry Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Knowledge of supply chain management principles Ability to work well in a team
