Our client currently has openings in their call center to fill the roles of Inbound Call Center Agents. No previous experience is needed and full free training will be provided for the right candidates. If you are a graduate and looking for work experience, we encourage you to apply. Duties: Receive calls from customers and answer questions, receive complaints, or troubleshoot service issues. Resolve any complaints or service issues. Obtain and capture customer information. Explaining products and services to customers. Exceeding company standards in customer service. Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent national diploma. Unemployed. Between the ages of 18 and 30 years. Excellent communication skills. Possess basic computer skills. Be customer service focused. Possess a genuine interest in administration, contact center, and customer service.
