As a Sales Representative, you are the face of our brand and play a crucial role in expanding our market presence. We are looking for 2 sales persons to fill in the positions here in Johannesburg around the East Rand and in Cape Town to join our team as soon as possible. Job Description: Drive repeat business through creating customer confidence, capturing customer data, and building brand loyalty. Maintain up to date knowledge on products and industry knowledge, including cannabis laws and regulation. Take and fulfill customer orders, inform customers of promotions. Provide a high level of customer experience by answering customer questions and making recommendations based on customer needs and demonstrating knowledge of products. Accountable for accurately utilizing Company’s Point of Sale system and state-required seed to sale system, including opening and closing registers. Check customer IDs to ensure they meet the minimum age requirements to purchase and consume cannabis. Meet required sales goals. Execute transactions with high attention to detail and ensure accuracy in register transactions. Follow Company’s standard operating procedures, and state and federal laws, including protocols for safety, sanitation, customer service, and security including cash handling, locked storage of product, and recognising risk. Must be able to accommodate flexible scheduling expectations including weekend,evening, and holiday schedules. Depending upon the location, you may be required to hold a current driver’s license and maintain a good driving record. Add value by being an authentic and confident self-leader Actively participate in required training and education. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, technology, and software. Minimum Qualifications: Age: 20 – 30 years of age Education: High school diploma or equivalent or currently studying in the marketing and sales field. Experience: – Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field OR industry-recognized training or education in a related field. Requirements: Strong self-motivation. Ability to work alone or as part of a team. Proficiency in a foreign language would be advantageous. Ability to cope with rejection. Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments. Passion for sales. Superb interpersonal skills. A professional appearance. Willingness to learn. Attentive to details.
