As a Contact Department Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and resolving queries via multiple channels including phone, email, social media, and live chat. This role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities:  Customer Interaction: Handle incoming queries and provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various communication channels.  Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.  Record Keeping: Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents as needed.  Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share with the appropriate internal teams to help improve our products and services.  Policy Adherence: Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and regulations during customer interactions.  Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
