A glass packaging Company situated in Maxmead, Pinetown (KZN) in s seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Person to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and providing them with exceptional service. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall growth of the Company Proactively reach out to clients or potential clients via phone, email and other communication channels Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships Provide excellent customer service and follow-up Collaborate with the team Processing orders accurately and timeously Dealing with client queries effectively and in a timely manner Produce accurate quotations and follow up Attend to all administration duties Matric Tertiary qualification would be advantageous 2 years experience in a similar role Proficiency in Excel Pastel knowledge would be advantageous Good level of computer literacy Ability to meet set monthly targets The ability to work in both a team enviornment and individually Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sales and customer driven Professional and presentable Own transport with a valid drive's licence . A positive attitude that will contribute to the success of the business R12 000,00 per month CTC
