Call Centre Campaign Manager Randburg (outsourced business process with a focus on credit management)
Required Skills and experience:
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Manage large volume campaigns to achieve targets
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- 5+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role
- Credit management background is highly beneficial
Qualifications:
- A degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
Salary: R60-80kpm negotiable
