Our client in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is currently looking for a Camp Manager , in Mopani, Limpopo. Preparing welcome and departure notes for guests. Checking guests in and managing dietaries and special requests. Meeting all guests, check-ins, check-outs, hosting guests, and site-inspections. Ensuring daily planning and execution of organizational requirements. Maintaining brand standards in all guest experience areas. Representing the Lodge's brand in appearance and behaviour. Fostering the Lodge culture and DNA. Innovating new ideas to enhance the brand. Creating guest delights both in the bush and at the lodge. Checking set-ups for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Host guests at mealtimes and ensure smooth service. Assisting with monthly stock takes and orders. Assisting with general administrative work. Keeping open communication with all departments. Assisting with Lodge Operations when the Lodge manager leaves. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a 5-star operation. Managerial experience key. Company Knowledge (Safari and Wild) Valid unendorsed SA driver's license essential. PANstrat Knowledge beneficial. MS Office knowledge essential. Experience in the service industry especially in dealing with guests and staff. Dependent on qualification and experience.
