Car Rental Dispatch Manager - Cape Town City Centre
***THIS POSITION REQUIRES CAR RENTAL DISPATCH/FLEET MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE***
Our client is a large and still growing International Car Rental company and they are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager for their Cape Town Depot. You will be responsible for daily fleet planning, managing the effective flow process of vehicles from depot to airport, monitoring fleet and drivers and ensuring top quality standards are upheld at all times. You will also handle staff shift rosters, analytics and relevant administrative duties. This position requires a thick skin, excellent people skills, the ability to multitask and the willingness to put in extra hours when required. It is essential that you have Dispatch/Fleet experience in car rental and a valid drivers license.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 3 years of Dispatch/Fleet Management experience in car rental.
Computer literate Excel is essential.
Excellent leadership skills.
Fluent in English (First or second language)
A stable work history.
Reliable and contactable references.
