Our client is looking to employ a Cash Controller based in Pinelands RESPONSIBILITIES Perform daily reconciliation of cash Verify cash and credit card balances against daily cash up printouts. Ensure all invoices are received, captured, and allocated correctly. Process and post Snapscan payments and other sales transactions. Monitor and verify online and store transactions. Communicate with web support and relevant managers for updates and refunds. Manage transactions and settlements through Snapscan, PJN, PayU, Update records of notes and coins received and given. Perform regular petty cash counts. Verify authenticity of money notes using a blue light machine. Deposit cash once it exceeds x amount Order and manage office stationery supplies. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 / Matric essential 1 year Cash Controller / Retail experience Computer literate on Excel and Accounting system.
